Hi Friends!

It’s time for a change at Bergamot.  Of course, we’re changing things around all the time on the menu so this will be no sweat.

If you’ve been to our website recently, you might have noticed there are currently two ways to make online reservations at Bergamot, Open Table and Reserve.com.  Starting October 1st, we’ll be bidding Open Table adieu and accepting online reservations exclusively through Reserve.

Everything else will stay the same.  Chef and Servio.  Paul at the bar.  All the friendly faces looking forward to taking care of you when you get here.  And of course we’ll still have our $46 Three-Course Prix Fixe which offers you a choice of any appetizer, any entrée and any dessert to the Seven Course Chef’s Tasting Menu, which hands your evening over to the Chef so you can relax and not have to make any decisions.   We’re looking forward to seeing the next time you visit.

**Update** The presells are sold out, but there will probably be a few extra available in the dining room if you wanted to roll the dice. Even if we don’t have any left we will definitely have some delicious options with our brand new summer menu!

 

The boys in the kitchen are at it again…We have 2 whole ribeyes dry aging right now. They’ll be perfect on July 17th, when we plan on whole-cooking them Prime Rib Style!

So this summer, for one day, we are going to focus on the only uniquely American style of food, BBQ!

 

We will be serving it in two ways:

 

Firstly, tickets are available for the event on Eventbrite.com or at the restaurant. Purchase your ticket and show up at any time during your selected seating.

It will be 4:00, 5:30, and 7:00

 

One ticket will cost $35 and will get one person a taste of everything. It will all be served family style so just let us know how many in your group and we’ll do the rest. All soft drinks are included in the ticket price (alcohol will be extra)

 

Also, meats and sides available for Pre-Order to go’s. Pick Up at 3:00-4:00pm
Orders Must Be Received by 4pm on Saturday June 25th and paid for in advance. All prices are listed on the menu below. You will receive your order plus sauce, when appropriate.
